Arturo Fuente 858

One of the very first cigars I ever smoked, (other than my Dad’s old Stogies to keep the bugs away in the garden) was the Arturo Fuente 8-5-8.  It has been one of my “go to” cigar’s for years.  When I lived in Orlando they were available everywhere for $4-$5 a stick until a fire destroyed two Santiago Warehouses full of leaf inventory in Aug 2011.  After that, they became impossible for me to find.  But don’t fear they are back better than ever, but now they will run about $7-$8 per.

The 8-5-8 is a very easy smoke, average looking and holds no surprises.  It has always been a solid smoke from year to year and I often grab a few when Tailgating or heading out on the patio.

You will enjoy a silky smooth start with a consistent burn.  The flavor gets slightly stronger toward the last-3rd.  I pick up a more pepper flavor, a little spice, but nothing overwhelming.  The draw and burn are very good.  This is a great anytime cigar.  Support your local cigar shop and enjoy one today!
